Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

1. Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Cost: €12.95
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment

2. Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Cost: Free for orders over €50
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

At Quiksilver, we want you to be completely stoked with your surf gear. If something isn’t quite right, our hassle-free return policy has you covered.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
  • Packaging: Original packaging must be intact (surfboard bags, boxes, etc.)
  • Proof of Purchase: Order number or invoice required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Surf wetsuits (full or partial)
  • Surf booties
  • Worn Lycras & Surf Tees

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return:

  2. Wait for Confirmation: Our team will send you a return authorization within 48 hours.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Carefully repackage the items with all accessories and tags.
  4. Ship Your Package: Use the carrier of your choice to send to:

  5. Receive Confirmation: We’ll notify you when we receive your return and process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship the new item as soon as we receive your return
  • Shipping costs for the new item are on us
  • If there’s a price difference, we’ll adjust the amount via your original payment method
